How does the air food aluminum foil tray work?

 
From the loading of aluminum foil trays to the film sealing process and the final output of finished products, the entire workflow is precise and highly automated:
 
Loading and Positioning: The machine places food-filled aluminum foil trays into the molds—either via an automated conveyor system or manual loading—while sensors ensure their precise alignment.
 
Film Placement: The machine automatically retrieves pre-cut aluminum foil film (or draws from a film roll) from a storage mechanism and precisely positions them over the tray openings.
 
Sealing: This is the most critical step. The machine applies heat to soften the aluminum film, then uses a compression mechanism to firmly press it against the rim of the tray; finally, it undergoes rapid cooling to set the seal, creating a robust, airtight closure. Advanced models utilize a "hot-press followed by cold-setting" process to prevent wrinkling at the seal, ensuring a smooth and aesthetically pleasing finish.

Vacuum/Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP): Certain models extract the air from within the tray prior to sealing, replacing it with preservation gases (such as nitrogen) to extend shelf life.
