Thermoforming Packing Machine

Automatic thermoforming vacuum packing sealing machine is mainly formed by heating and stretching the roll film. The packaging material is uses a roll of stretch film (divided into soft film and hard film). A total of two rolls are required, namely the upper film and the lower film. The machine uses a forming mold to first heat the lower bottom film to form the required container shape. filling/loading, then vacuuming or inflating the package, and heat sealing the top and lower film, and then cross cut . The different types of machines are selected according to the size of the package. The fully automatic stretch film vacuum packaging machine is widely used in vacuum packaging of various types of food and non-food. It can quickly and with high quality meet the needs of large-scale and high-capacity vacuum packaging.
